RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love and enjoy your W I L L O W   S W I M items so we offer returns and exchanges.

Exchange and Refund Policies 

  • You are more than welcome to exchange your swimsuits, providing they meet the exchange guidelines.
  • If you have changed your mind or have chosen the incorrect size, Willow Swim is not required to provide you with a refund. You must proceed with an exchange or credit.
  • If you have purchased something with a discount or sale, Willow Swim is not required to provide you with a refund. You will be given a ‘store credit’.
  • If you have received a faulty item, we will replace or refund upon inspection.
  • Items purchased on sale or a discounted rate are not eligible for a return.

 

Exchange and Refund Guidelines

  1. Swimsuits must be returned within two weeks from purchase.
  2. Swimsuits must be in original condition.
  3. All tags and labels must be intact and in original position. Items must not be washed.
  4. Exchange and refund forms are included with returned goods. You will receive this form via email.
  5. You, the customer, are responsible for the exchange/return costs; such as shipping costs (this does not include faulty items).
